This hotel exceeded our expectations. the luxurious and exclusive amenities were fantastic. the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the room advantages were exceptional, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful garden view. the restaurant had an extensive menu of delicious dishes, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

The only minor issue we experienced was the language barrier with some of the staff members, as their English proficiency was limited. they tried their best to communicate efficiently and provide service with a smile.

Great Christmas lights, nice pool Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and was excited to see the amazing Christmas lights which were really beautiful. the pool was also really nice and felt very relaxing. the location was also a big advantage as it was very close to some famous landmarks.

Poor customer service, uncomfortable beds Unfortunately, the customer service at this hotel was not up to par. the staff seemed uninterested in helping and didn't make me feel welcome.

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was convenient as it was close to the Wanda shopping mall where I found great restaurants. The hotel amenities were fantastic, especially the fitness area which had a yoga room and wasn't crowded. The staff was attentive and provided great service, from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety.
